Pricing is discussed in our initial conversation and depends on the complexity of what we build. There's a one-off build fee and an ongoing monthly fee that covers hosting, AI costs, maintenance, and evolution of the platform. Think of it as a retained service, not a subscription.

On your own private infrastructure. Not in a shared database. Not on someone else's servers. Your instance runs independently, and you can choose the geography. We can also deploy on-premise if required.

Every instance runs with two-factor authentication, encrypted connections, and isolated infrastructure. We don't have access to your data unless you explicitly grant it for support purposes. We're happy to work with your security team.

The platform uses Claude by Anthropic - the most capable and safety-conscious AI available. Your data is not used to train any AI model. Every AI interaction is private to your instance.

Yes. We can set up multiple access levels - so your assistant can manage tasks and drafts while you retain control of decisions and sensitive areas.

You own your data. We provide a full export at any time. There are no lock-in periods beyond the initial build.

A VA is a person with limited hours, limited memory, and no ability to read your entire inbox in seconds. This platform works 24/7, remembers everything, and handles the systematic work - freeing your human support to focus on judgement-intensive tasks.

Almost certainly. We've built integrations with Gmail, Google Calendar, HubSpot, and many others. If it has an API, we can connect it.
